No two programs are alike. Before anything is designed, we listen: what is the real problem, which team is coming, what do they need. The structure, the activities, the duration, the intensity — everything is adapted to your reality. You don’t buy a ready-made package — you get a program designed exclusively for your team.

Every program follows a proven four-stage journey. These are not random activities — it is a designed path where every step builds on the previous one.
1. Release – The team arrives carrying weight. Before anything meaningful can happen, that weight needs to be let go first. Through specialized experiential techniques, body and mind begin to decompress. The team lowers its defenses and opens up space.
2. Clearing – After the release, we go deeper. Reactive habits, silent tensions, old behavioral patterns that no longer serve — they are recognized and left behind. The team clears space for something new.
3. Empowerment – Once the team has released and “emptied,” empowerment begins. Reconnection with strength, focus, and stability — individually and as a whole. Energy, confidence, and resilience are built through dynamic techniques and group exercises. The land and nature act as a catalyst.
4. Alignment – What was released, what was cleared, what was strengthened — now comes together. The team aligns on a new common ground. They leave with a shared point of reference, better communication, and tools that apply directly to daily work.
Each program combines deep experiential work, group activities, nature, and culture into one unified experience. Depending on the duration and the needs of your team, the program may include:
Stress Management & Wellbeing – Guided sessions for decompression, calm, and energy recovery. The team learns to recognize the signs of overload and acquires specific management techniques they can apply after returning to daily work. Sessions take place both indoors and in nature — the environment of Delphi becomes part of the process.
Body & Movement – Morning movement sessions with a specialized practitioner, walking meditation on the paths around Delphi, session by the sea. Movement here is not exercise — it is a tool for reconnecting with the body, releasing tension, and increasing energy. No previous experience is required.
Team Cohesion & Communication – Structured exercises in trust, active listening, and collaboration. Group challenges in nature that reveal how the team truly operates — which roles emerge, where communication gaps exist, where there is untapped strength. Feedback circles where the team learns to speak and listen without defense. These are not games — they are tools that change the way you work together after you return.
Nature & Cultural Immersion – Hiking the ancient trails of Delphi — the route that pilgrims followed for thousands of years on their way to the Oracle. The Pythia’s Journey — walking toward the Castalian Spring and the Phaedriades Rocks, group session in nature at sites with unique acoustics and energy. The Archaeological Site and Museum of Delphi with a guide. Visits to local producers — olive press, beekeeping — connecting with the land and its people.
Skill-Building Workshops
Experiential workshops tailored to the team’s needs: emotional intelligence, conflict management, resilience under pressure, mindful communication. This is not theory — the team practices in a safe environment and leaves with skills that can be applied immediately.
Mindful & Intentional Meals – Mornings are not served at the hotel. They are part of the experience — mindful, intentional breakfasts with local products, as a continuation of the morning session. The sequence, the content, and the atmosphere of the morning are intentionally and mindfully designed.
Assessment & Outcomes – Before anything begins, we assess the real needs of the team through a questionnaire and a meeting with the person in charge. After the program, we evaluate the outcomes and prepare a report for management — what changed, what was observed, what is recommended as a next step.
Every program is designed from scratch for your team. The formats below are indicative — they show what is possible within each duration.
5 Days — Deep Dive — The full experience. The team moves through all four stages with depth and without pressure — release, clearing, empowerment, alignment. Includes hiking the ancient trails, the Pythia’s Journey, session by the sea or visits to local producers, experiential workshops, and outcome assessment. The format we recommend as a starting point for international teams.
7 Days — Full Journey — For teams that want the maximum depth. The same four-stage journey, with more time for each stage, a slower pace, and a more complete integration of the experience. Includes everything in the 5-day format — and more: additional sessions, more time in nature, deeper workshop work. The results at this duration are significantly more lasting compared to the five-day format. Recommended for leadership teams, teams in significant transition, or companies investing in long-term change.
Custom Duration – If your team needs something in between or longer, we design it together. Structure, activities, and rhythm are fully adaptable.
