Born in Alexandroupoli in 1969.

She studied acting from 1991 to 1993. In 1992, she participated in the priestesses' dance at the Olympic Flame Lighting Ceremony, directed by Maria Hors, and in the chorus of Euripides' tragedy "Orestes," directed by Kostas Bakas.

In 1993, she graduated from the Advanced School of Dramatic Art at the Athens Conservatoire. That same year, she played the role of "Martha" in the internationally awarded feature film by the late Dinos Dimopoulos, titled "The Dolphins of Amvrakikos."

In 2000, she began working as a DJ at a pioneering multi-culti bar, restaurant, and record shop, featuring music from around the world. From 2000 to 2020, she collaborated as a DJ at numerous well-known venues in and around Athens.

From 2001 to 2003, she worked as a producer at ERT's radio station Kosmos 93.6, hosting the show "Fotini in Her World."

From 2004 to 2018, she completed her training in various healing techniques, including Reiki Usui Ryoho (Master-Teacher), Karuna Reiki (Master-Teacher), Angelic Reiki (Master-Teacher), Kundalini Yoga, Advanced Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Inner Healing, and more — all of which she practices with love and respect.

In recent years, within the framework of wellness and life & energy coaching, she has been organizing individual and group sessions and seminars focused on positive mind programming through anxiety release, combining various techniques such as hypnotherapy, sound healing, reiki, yoga, and more.

Since 2021, she has been organizing therapeutic retreats in Delphi.
